LONDON (Thomson Financial) - Natural food ingredients producer PureCircle Ltd. said it has entered into a sales and purchase agreement to buy a further 40 percent interest in Ganzhou Julong High-Tech Food Industry Ltd. (GJF) for $8.5 million.
